National Tourism Strategy for the Republic of North Macedonia
This national tourism strategy was developed for the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of North Macedonia and comprises four key modules
→ Module I: Evaluation of the Previous National Strategy
→ Module II: Analysis of the Current Situation
→ Module III: Tourism Development Strategy
→ Module IV: Five-Year Action Plan
At the beginning of the project, extensive site visits were conducted, numerous stakeholder interviews were held and multiple workshops with various stakeholder groups to present and discuss the project’s progress and current status were organized.
