This business plan for a greenfield mountain resort was developed for a private investor and comprises five key modules

→ Module IV: Definition of Elements for Development Phase 1
→ Module V: Economic Outlook
Part of the project was an extensive site visit and multiple workshops with the project initiator to present and discuss the project’s progress and current status.
