Tourism Master Plan for Kurdistan Region, Iraq

This tourism master plan was developed for the Tourism Board of Kurdistan Region and comprises 14 modules including the following key ones
→ Module IV: Analysis of the Tourism Potential for Kurdistan Region
→ Module V: How to make Investment in Tourism more attractive
→ Module VI: Definition of 50 to 60 Tourism Investment Projects
→ Module IX: Branding Strategy
→ Module XIII: How to improve the Organizational Structure in Tourism
→ Module XIV: Economic Impact Analysis
Part of the project were extensive site visits, numerous stakeholder interviews and multiple workshops with various stakeholder groups to present and discuss the project’s progress and current status.
